Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Build and manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and workflows.
  • Coordinate with specialists to execute campaigns on schedule.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and insights for clients.
  • Act as the bridge between clients, strategy, and execution teams.
  • Translate client objectives into clear briefs and actionable project plans.
  • Oversee a team of 35 people, including freelancers or interns.
  • Maintain clean, centralized data records for campaign assets, analytics, and reports.

What we are looking for:

  • 2–3 years of experience in project management, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing and social media strategy.
  • Experience managing client pages and handling client communication.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Experience with team management.
  • A proactive mindset and problem-solving attitude.
