Need Immediate joiner or Max 2 weeks NP only   Role: Oracle EPM Lead JC#: Location: PAN India Exp: 8+ Years   Job Description As an Oracle EPM Lead, you are responsible for development of a complex Oracle EPM modules (FCCS & ARCS), you should have a good experience in adoption of standard out of the box functionalities. You should be able to work as an independent and as mentor to team members, co-ordinate with Project managers and handle the project deliverables, capable of applying judgment to plan and execute your tasks and assign to team mates, monitor and support for their success full execution. You need to drive the solution discussions / workshops with client and recommend the best practices which enable robust scalable architecture. You should also part of active project management group to guide and asses the project timeline and efforts for various project activities, You should be able to respond to technical queries received from team members and customers. You should be able to coach, train, guide and mentor the team members.     Core Application Skills: Detailed understanding on ESSBASE architecture Strong knowledge in Hyperion Financial Management implementation or in Oracle Financial Consolidation Close (FCCS Strong knowledge in Account Reconciliation Cloud Services including profile management, Data integration, User management In depth knowledge in integration using Data Management tool and EPM Automate or Integration agent utility, must know the end to end process of integrating Oracle EPM with Oracle Fusion cloud and non Oracle Cloud sources. It will be added advantage if you have knowledge in ODI Ability to build the complex reports using Financial Reporting or Management reporting, Infolets and custom dashboard building using out of the box features Advance knowledge in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word and Power point, leverage the SmartView tool to build report and ad hoc analysis.   Soft Skills Strong Interpersonal skill including Oral and written communication with internal and external global stake holders A leader and team player who is accountable and committed for flawless delivery, a collaborative and flexible person who can adapt to dynamic business environments A strong presentation skill which help to leverage the business meetings Excellent problem solving skills and providing recommendations Open for learning to deepen and widen the knowledge in Oracle EPM and other skills which is required from time to time.
