- **Oracle EPM ARCS Implementation and Configuration**:

- Lead or support the end-to-end implementation of Oracle ARCS, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, and deployment.
- Configure ARCS modules, including the creation of reconciliation templates, matching rules, period close settings, and user roles.
- Support data migration from legacy reconciliation systems to Oracle ARCS, ensuring seamless transition and data accuracy.
- **Reconciliation Process Optimization**:

- Develop and implement reconciliation processes and workflows within ARCS to ensure that they align with organizational requirements and industry best practices.
- Automate manual reconciliation processes to improve efficiency and reduce the risk of errors.
- Design and configure account matching rules to identify discrepancies automatically, ensuring that accounts are reconciled accurately and on time.
- Develop custom validation rules and exceptions handling to meet specific business requirements.
- **System Integration & Data Management**:

- Manage and optimize integrations between ARCS and other financial systems (e.g., general ledger, ERP systems, data warehouses).
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to ensure smooth data flow between ARCS and external systems.
- Ensure the data integrity of reconciliations by performing regular audits, and resolve any data-related issues that arise during reconciliation processes.
- **Reporting and Analytics**:

- Configure and generate reports within ARCS to monitor reconciliation progress, identify discrepancies, and support audit and compliance requirements.
- Leverage built-in ARCS analytics and dashboards to provide stakeholders with real-time visibility into the reconciliation status, open items, and risks.
- Create ad-hoc reports and custom reporting templates as needed to meet business-specific reporting requirements.
- **User Training and Support**:

- Provide end-user training on how to use ARCS effectively, including best practices for account reconciliations, journal entries, and issue resolution.
- Develop user manuals and system documentation to assist with training and ensure proper use of the ARCS system.
- Provide ongoing support to finance users by troubleshooting system issues and providing technical assistance as needed.
- **System Maintenance & Updates**:

- Participate in testing, deploying, and validating system updates, patches, and new ARCS features to ensure they are implemented correctly.
- Ensure that the system is up to date with the latest versions and configurations to enhance performance, security, and functionality.
- Monitor and maintain system performance, ensuring that ARCS operates efficiently and meets the needs of the business.
- **Compliance & Audits**:

- Ensure that the ARCS system is compliant with financial reporting and reconciliation standards, as well as regulatory requirements.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary system access and reconciliation reports.
- Document reconciliation processes, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and maintain audit trails.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay up-to-date with new Oracle ARCS features and industry trends, and recommend solutions to enhance reconciliation processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and accuracy of financial reconciliations and implement best practices for continuous process improvement.
