Job Description:

We're looking for an experienced Production Head to lead our sheet metal fabrication team. The successful candidate will oversee production processes, manage teams, and ensure high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize production processes to meet deadlines and quality standards

  • Lead and train a team of sheet metal workers

  • Ensure quality control and implement quality checks

  • Manage inventory and procurement of materials

  • Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to safety protocols

  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their requirements and provide updates on project status

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication or a related field

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Knowledge of quality control and safety protocols

  • Good customer communication skills to build strong relationships and resolve issues

  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 quality management system

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in ERP systems

  • Experience with AutoCAD or other CAD software (added advantage)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹45,000.00 per month
