Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Vice President – Marketing to lead our brand, digital, and performance marketing strategy across all parks. This leader will be responsible for driving brand resonance, visitor footfalls, and revenue growth through data-led and creative marketing interventions. You'll be at the forefront of shaping how millions experience entertainment in India.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Leadership

  • Define and evolve the brand identity and voice for each park and sub-brand.
  • Craft compelling narratives and positioning strategies that build long-term brand equity.

Digital & Performance Marketing

  • Drive ROI-led digital campaigns, including SEO, SEM, paid media, influencer marketing, and social media.
  • Leverage data-driven strategies to optimize conversions and digital engagement.

Consumer Insights & Strategy

  • Use market research, analytics, and customer data to refine marketing strategy and product-market fit.
  • Monitor industry trends and consumer behavior to inform brand evolution.

Integrated Campaigns

  • Lead end-to-end 360 campaigns across print, outdoor, digital, and on-ground platforms.
  • Work with creative and media agencies to deliver high-impact, seasonal and thematic campaigns.

Strategic Partnerships

  • Forge impactful alliances with travel operators, tourism boards, influencers, media houses, and F&B brands.
  • Collaborate to unlock new distribution channels and co-branded opportunities.

Growth & Revenue Impact

  • Partner with sales and park operations teams to launch promotional offers, pricing strategies, and volume-driving initiatives.
  • Monitor footfall trends and take corrective actions for revenue optimization.

Team Building & Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a high-performance team across functions – brand, digital, CRM, content, and design.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, ownership, and performance.

Marketing Innovation

  • Champion marketing automation, MarTech, and AI tools to enhance efficiency and personalization.
  • Continuously explore emerging technologies to stay ahead of the curve.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBA in Marketing or related discipline from a reputed institute.
  • Minimum 12 years of progressive marketing experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record in driving brand growth, consumer engagement, and business results.
  • Experience in digital-first consumer brands, media-intensive environments, or experience-centric industries (hospitality, entertainment, tourism, etc.).
  • Strong business acumen, communication skills, and cross-functional leadership capability.
