Description:

We are looking for a highly coordinated E-Commerce KEM to oversee the development and utility of our company's income-generating sites. The e-commerce executive will be required to conduct research on effective website layouts and features, advise on evidence-based and experimental changes to our platforms, and monitor the effectiveness of strategies by inspecting standardized metrics. In so doing, you should lead teams of staff, ensuring that you are available to furnish pertinent individuals with practical guidance, as required.

Key Responsibilities of E-Commerce Marketplace Manager:

Manage product listings, pricing, content, and promotions across online marketplaces (e.g. Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa).

Coordinate with content teams to ensure product descriptions, images, and keywords are SEO-optimized and marketplace-compliant.

Monitor and analyse performance metrics: sales, traffic, conversion rates, ACoS (advertising cost of sale), returns, etc.

Create and manage advertising campaigns within marketplace platforms (e.g., Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads).

Stay updated on each platform's policies, algorithms, and promotional tools to ensure compliance and optimize performance.

Conduct competitive analysis and adjust pricing and promotional strategies accordingly.

Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure accurate inventory, timely order fulfilment, and proper return handling.

Build Strong relationships with account managers at various marketplaces for growth opportunities and issue resolution.

Handle onboarding and expansion into new marketplaces as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50, ₹65,000.00 per month
