Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Maintenance: Install, test, and perform preventive maintenance on a variety of medical equipment. 
     
  • Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose and resolve technical issues and malfunctions in medical devices. 
     
  • Calibration and Testing: Calibrate and test equipment to ensure it meets accuracy and performance standards. 
     
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities. 
     
  • Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service to medical professionals and technical support to users. 
     
  • Training: Train hospital staff, technicians, and other engineers on the proper use and care of medical equipment. 
     
  • Compliance: Ensure that all equipment meets regulatory and safety standards
