Our consultancy services focus on developing bespoke management systems that align with international standards. Additionally, our research team is dedicated to product development and market research.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Manager - Training located in Kochi. The Deputy Manager - Training will be responsible for

  • Supervising training sessions, developing training materials, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality training programs.
  • Post operational training activities
  • Daily tasks include conducting training sessions, coordinating with clients, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Managing training schedules, assessing training needs, and continuously improving training programs to meet industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory Skills and Training & Development proficiency
  • Effective Communication and Customer Service abilities
  • Experience in conducting and delivering Training sessions
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Master's degree in life science and 5+ years of experience in food sector
  • Hold a HACCP Level 3/Food Safety Level 4 certificate
  • preference for Highfield Approved Tutor/ISO 22000:2018/FSSC 22000/BRCGS...
  • Experience in the training or consulting industry is a plus
