Instructional Designer Associate

Responsibilities:

As an Instructional Designer Associate at Starweaver, you will play a key role in shaping the future of online education. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Course Content Development: Collaborate with our Director of Content, Senior Instructional Designers, and subject matter experts from around the world to plan, design, develop, and update instructional content for various courses and learning materials.
• Curriculum Design: Assist in creating structured and effective course and curriculum plans, draft learning objectives, define module-level content, review in-video questions (IVQs), quizzes, and final exams to ensure educational alignment. You'll work with our global clients via Slack, email, and conference calls.
• Pre-Production & Post-Production Support: Help identify suitable animations, illustrations, text overlays, and other multimedia enhancements. Coordinate with our post-production team to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
• Project Management: Use project management tools in our proprietary dashboards to help define, track, and report project progress.
• Technology Integration: Support in updating dashboards and reporting tools to ensure seamless content delivery for clients.
• Quality Assurance: Participate in content reviews to ensure accuracy and adherence to instructional best practices.
• Feedback Incorporation: Help gather and implement feedback from learners, instructors, and stakeholders to continuously improve instructional materials.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including SMEs, educators, and developers to integrate content across platforms while also assisting our senior Instructional designers.
• Product Enhancement: Assist internal teams in improving processes that support the content factory for delivering exceptional learning solutions efficiently.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should have:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Mass Communication, English (Hons), Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
• Experience: 0 to 1 year in instructional design, content development, education, or any related internship/academic project experience.
• Creativity: A passion for crafting engaging learning experiences and a flair for conceptualizing ideas for multimedia-enhanced content.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly convey ideas and feedback.
• Adaptability: Eagerness to learn, adapt to changing requirements, and juggle multiple projects.
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Tech Familiarity: Exposure to eLearning tools, LMS, or multimedia software is a plus (but not mandatory).

• Full-time position.
• On-site hybrid role for Delhi (NCR); fully remote available for other locations.
