Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inventory Manager located in Salem. The Inventory Manager will oversee inventory control, manage and optimize stock levels, and ensure supply meets demand. Daily tasks include maintaining inventory records, analyzing inventory data, ensuring efficient procurement processes, and liaising with suppliers and internal teams to manage the supply chain effectively.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Inventory Control and Inventory Management
  • Strong Analytical and Communication skills
  • Customer Service experience
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Experience in the AgriTech or food supply chain industry is a plus
