Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP B1 functional specifications.

·      Implement, configure, and support SAP Business One modules such as Financials, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Production, and Service.

·      Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.

·      Conduct GAP analysis and design customizations using SAP B1 SDK or Boyum add-ons (as needed).

·      Prepare functional specification documents and test cases.

·      Perform system testing, end-user training, and go-live support.

·      Collaborate with technical teams for report development, customization, and integrations.

·      Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting of SAP B1 issues post-implementation.

·      Ensure documentation and process flows are maintained and updated.

Required skills and qualifications:

·      Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

·      3–5 years of hands-on experience with SAP Business One in a functional consultant role.

·      Strong understanding of business processes (finance, logistics, sales, inventory, etc.).

·      Experience in full-cycle SAP B1 implementations.

·      Proficiency with SAP B1 tools: Query Generator, PLD, Crystal Reports, etc.

·      Knowledge of SQL and SAP B1 database schema.

·      Familiarity with add-ons like Boyum B1 Usability Package (B1UP) is a plus.

·      Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

·      Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
