Royal Interior Solutions is a growing start-up company specializing in PVC profile and tile trim manufacturing. We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled candidates to join hands with us and grow together as we build our company from the ground up.

Job Description:

We are hiring a PVC Extrusion Machine Operator to run and maintain our extrusion line. The operator will be responsible for setting up the machine, monitoring production, ensuring quality output, and maintaining smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain the PVC extrusion machine (Twin-screw)
  • Prepare machine setup and adjust process parameters
  • Monitor production quality and ensure standards are met
  • Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major concerns
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety around the machine area
  • Work with the team to meet production targets

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in extrusion / plastic processing preferred (Freshers with willingness to learn can also apply)
  • Ability to operate and maintain machines responsibly
  • Good teamwork and communication skills
  • Willingness to work in a start-up environment and grow with the company
