Admin Coordinator

Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and organized Admin Coordinator to manage the daily administrative operations of the preschool. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask while maintaining a warm and professional demeanour with parents, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily administrative activities of the preschool.
• Handle inquiries (walk-ins, calls, and online) and assist with admissions coordination.
• Maintain student and staff records accurately.
• Coordinate with teachers, support staff, and management for smooth daily operations.
• Ensure maintenance, cleanliness, and safety standards within the school premises.
• Prepare and share weekly/monthly reports with management.
• Assist in planning and executing school events and parent engagement activities.
• Handle vendor coordination, inventory, and procurement for school supplies.
• Manage internal communication and maintain confidentiality of information.
Requirements:
• Graduate in any discipline (preferably with a background in administration or education management).
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role (experience in a preschool or school setup preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using digital tools.
• Warm, approachable, and child-friendly personality.
