About the Role:

We are looking for a
Business Development Executive (BDE)

to drive sales and build strong client relationships in the
IT Hardware & Solutions industry

. This role requires a proactive, results-driven professional with a deep understanding of IT products, solutions, and customer needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, Regain Accounts, managing key accounts, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:

Identify and reach out to potential customers, including corporate clients, SMBs, and enterprises.
- Sales & Account Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to ensure long-term business growth.
- IT Hardware & Solutions Sales:

Promote and sell a range of IT hardware (laptops, servers, networking products, etc.) and IT solutions (cloud, security, managed services).
- Vendor & OEM Coordination:

Collaborate with distributors, OEMs, and partners to ensure competitive pricing and solution offerings.
- Proposal & Quotation Management:

Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Sales Reporting & Pipeline Management:

Maintain accurate records in CRM, track progress, and report sales performance to management.

Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Work Experience:

Minimum 2-3 years in IT hardware or solutions sales, preferably in B2B or channel sales.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of IT hardware (laptops, desktops, servers, networking) and IT solutions (cloud, security, managed services).
- Experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
- Understanding of vendor and distribution networks in the IT industry.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability.
