Position : SAP CS – Senior Consultant

Experience: 8–10 Years

Location: Bangalore

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • In-depth understanding of Customer Services, Sales & Distribution Process, Contract Management, Pricing concepts, OTC, Partner Determination, Text Management, Taxes, Billing, Credit Management, Back Orders, and Master Data Management (MDM).
  • Develop system designs aligned with conceptual design and traceable to functional & non-functional requirements.
  • Ensure solutions align with architectural roadmap and support development & operational needs.
  • Deliver design solutions in line with scalable, global system design standards (Core/Template).
  • Ensure solutions comply with architecture handbook requirements.
  • Perform scoping, fit-gap workshops, propose key gap solutions, estimate efforts, and align with business teams.
  • Deliver project/enhancement work within agreed time, cost, and quality constraints following release calendars.
  • Experience in Application Support, SLA Management, CHR delivery process, and SAP project implementation.
  • Ensure developed solutions are peer-reviewed, documented, and signed off by business.
  • Initiate solution testing to meet quality standards.
  • Follow standardized design & development processes for cost-effective delivery.
  • Translate business requirements into system designs aligned with global templates.
  • Analyze business requirements and prepare SAP S/4HANA functional specifications across modules (MM, SD, PP, FI/CO, QM, PM).
  • Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA modules as per business processes and client standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams ensuring seamless integration with third-party systems.
  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT.
  • Provide end-user training, functional documentation, and SOP creation.

Technology Skills:

  • 8–10 years' experience as SAP CS/SD Consultant.
  • Expertise in SAP SD/CS modules & SCM processes.
  • Experience working on interfaces like IDoc, Proxy via SAP PI/PO for external integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of Quotations, Sales Orders, Contracts (Value & Quantity).
  • In-depth integration knowledge: CS with SD, FICO, MM, PS.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise data and interface management.
  • Knowledge of Service Orders, Contracts, Projects for Services (Time & Material, Fixed Price, Repairs).
  • Knowledge of Timesheet, Cost Booking through Timesheet, Resource Related Billing.
  • S/4HANA experience is mandatory.
  • Good working experience in Agile methodology.
