Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct deep-dive research on AI trends, compliance industry updates, and competitor activities.
  • Track data across marketing channels (SEO, social, website performance, ads).
  • Maintain dashboards for metrics, rankings, traffic, conversions, and campaign insights.
  • Evaluate and shortlist AI tools we can use for operations, content, automation, and marketing.
  • Prepare weekly insight reports summarizing what's new in AI, compliance, and marketing.
  • Support keyword research, content analysis, and market mapping.
  • Help create internal docs, SOPs, and research briefs.
  • Monitor tool updates, new features, and best practices relevant to CertPro.

Requirements

  • Strong research skills and curiosity-driven mindset.
  • Good analytical abilities; comfortable working with data.
  • Familiarity with Excel/Sheets, Notion, or dashboard tools.
  • Basic understanding of SEO/marketing fundamentals (we'll train further).
  • Interest in AI, automation, and SaaS tools.
  • Ability to summarize large information quickly and clearly.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with GA4, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs/SimilarWeb.
  • Ability to create simple dashboards or visualizations.
  • Exposure to AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, etc.
