UI/UX Designer with experience or interest in the telecom domain. The ideal candidate will design intuitive, responsive, and mission-critical user interfaces for emergency response systems, dispatch platforms, mobile field applications, and analytics dashboards. A deep understanding of user-centered design, accessibility, and system usability in high-pressure environments is essential.

Key Responsibilities:


• Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, telecom subject matter experts (SMEs), and end-users to understand user needs and workflows.


• Design wireframes, mockups, user flows, prototypes, and interactive UI components for desktop, mobile, and web-based systems.

•Develop and maintain UI/UX design systems and documentation to ensure consistency across products.


• Translate complex operational tasks into user-friendly workflows and interfaces.


• Contribute to Agile development cycles and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and demos.


• Prioritize real-time usability, low cognitive load, and error-prevention in design for high-stress use cases.

Required Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.


• 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX


• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, Axure, or similar.


• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with data-rich, workflow-oriented applications.


• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.


• Ability to work under strict timelines and handle ambiguity in evolving environments.***
