Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Executive, located in Ajmer. The Telesales Executive will play a vital role in generating leads, managing phone-based sales and follow-ups, and providing excellent customer support. Key responsibilities include contacting potential clients, understanding their needs, showcasing Digitoria's services, and closing sales efficiently. The role also involves effective communication and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including verbal and listening abilities
- Customer Service and Customer Support skills to maintain positive client relationships
- Lead Generation and Sales skills to engage potential customers and close deals effectively
- A proactive approach to achieving targets and working in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer skills is advantageous
- Graduation or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus
