Role Description
This full-time on-site role for an Engineer is based in Goa, India. The Engineer will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, and maintaining safety standards. Day-to-day tasks include project planning, resource allocation, site management, quality control, and liaising with clients and contractors. The Engineer will also be involved in resolving technical issues and optimizing construction processes.
Qualifications
- Project Planning and Resource Allocation skills
- Experience in Site Management and Quality Control
- Ability to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards
- Strong problem-solving and technical issue resolution skills
- Excellent communication and client liaison skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in the construction industry
- Knowledge of construction software and tools is a plus
