Job Purpose

We are seeking talented and motivated
Mechanical Design Engineers
to join our Global Engineering team. The role involves
designing, developing, and testing mechanical systems and components
for pharmaceutical packaging machinery and special-purpose machines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
CAD-based design, 3D modeling, and engineering calculations
, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams in India and Europe.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and develop
    mechanical systems, assemblies, and components
    as per project requirements and specifications.
  • Configure machines using
    SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Tacton
    .
  • Create
    3D models, parts, assemblies, modules, parts lists, and detailed engineering drawings
    .
  • Perform
    engineering calculations and simulations
    to validate design performance and ensure compliance with
    industry standards and safety regulations
    .
  • Participate in
    design reviews
    , provide technical input, and recommend improvements/modifications.
  • Document
    design processes, specifications, and changes
    throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stay updated with the latest
    advancements in mechanical design and engineering practices
    .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in India and Europe to ensure successful project delivery.

Competencies & Skills Required

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience:
    1–5 years in Mechanical Design within manufacturing or engineering industries.
  • Proficiency in
    CAD tools
    – SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Tacton.
  • Knowledge of
    industry standards
    (ASME, ISO).
  • SAP know-how preferred.
  • Strong
    problem-solving ability
    , detail orientation, and design accuracy.
  • Excellent
    teamwork and communication skills
    .
  • Flexibility to
    travel within India and abroad
    for training and project requirements.

  • Willingness for
    long-term assignments in Europe (Germany)
    if required.
  • Commitment to client's
    training and long-term deputation bonds
    .
