We are seeking an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR and recruitment operations team in Tirur, Kerala. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in recruitment agency environments or bulk hiring across both white-collar and blue-collar roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles — from sourcing and screening to onboarding.
  • Handle bulk hiring drives and project-based recruitment across multiple sectors.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other professional networks.
  • Conduct initial interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure timely closures.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports using internal systems or Excel trackers.
  • Build and nurture candidate pipelines for recurring roles.
  • Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience at all stages.
  • Stay informed about market trends, industry talent pools, and new sourcing techniques.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a consultancy or agency setup.
  • Proven track record in bulk hiring and handling diverse role requirements.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with major job portals, social media sourcing, and basic ATS tools.
  • Willingness to relocate to Tirur, Kerala.
