Junior Graphic Designer

Job Summary
We are looking for Junior Graphic Designer with 0- 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of graphic design tools and a creative mindset to deliver engaging visuals for digital marketing campaigns, websites, and social media.
Responsibilities
- Design creatives for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and marketing materials.
- Assist in developing design concepts, layouts, and branding assets.
- Edit and retouch images to ensure high-quality outputs.
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all platforms.
- Support senior designers and collaborate with content/marketing teams.
- Stay updated with design trends and adapt ideas for different platforms.
- Deliver projects on time while handling multiple assignments.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Graphic Designer (internship/freelance work with portfolio considered).
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or equivalent.
- Strong design portfolio.
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Basic knowledge of:
- Figma / Adobe XD (UI/UX basics)
- Canva (for quick designs)
- After Effects / Premiere Pro (bonus – motion/video editing)
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layouts.
- Knowledge of social media design formats (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
