Job descriptionWe are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer with 1-2.5 years of experience, to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media.Responsibilities.+ Study design briefs and determine requirements.+ Experience in online and offline campaigns and Social media posts.+ Experience in package designing and branding.+ Conceptualize visuals, based on requirements.+ Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.+ Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand.+ Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each designs.+ Work with copywriters and Creative director to produce final design.+ Test graphics across various media.+ Amend designs after feedback.+ Ensure final artwork and layout are visually appealing and on-brand.Requirements and skills+ A strong portfolio of illustrations, Social media, Branding.+ Familiarity with design software's and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate etc.).+ A keen eye for aesthetics and details.+ Excellent communication skills.+ Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.+ Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus.*Immediate joiners will be preferred
