Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Nagpur for a Sr. Technical Sales Engineer. The primary responsibility includes driving technical sales, providing pre-sales support, and developing sales engineering solutions tailored to client needs. The role involves engaging with clients to identify their requirements, presenting appropriate renewable energy solutions, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales lifecycle. Day-to-day activities also cover collaborating with internal teams, preparing technical proposals, and participating in project planning and execution discussions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Technical Sales to deliver client-focused solutions
  • Technical Support and problem-solving skills to assist clients in addressing technical challenges
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
  • Minimum 3-5 years of Sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Familiarity with renewable energy systems, particularly solar solutions, is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Energy, or a related technical field
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a dynamic environment
