Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The role involves creating sales plans, setting targets, meeting sales objectives, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, the Sales Manager will liaise with the marketing team to optimize sales efforts and report on sales performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and customer relationship management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to create and implement effective sales strategies
- Experience in the genomics or biotechnology industry is highly beneficial
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Willingness to work on-site and travel as needed
