We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer passionate about Generative AI and AI agents to help us build the next wave of intelligent logistics solutions. You will work on cutting-edge projects involving LLMs, conversational interfaces, voice AI, and agent orchestration, creating real impact for millions of customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & Skills Required
: -

  • Design, fine-tune, and deploy solutions using frontier LLMs and Generative AI models.
  • Build and optimize AI agents capable of reasoning, context management, and task execution
  • Develop voice-based conversational experiences leveraging ASR, TTS, and dialog systems
  • Apply prompt and context engineering to improve reliability and relevance of model outputs
  • Integrate AI into business workflows using APIs, microservices, and scalable MLOps pipelines
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business teams to deliver AI-driven innovations

QUALIFICATION
4–6 years of total experience with at least 2+ years in AI/ML projects, specifically with Generative AI and conversational agents.

KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES

  • Strong proficiency in Python; familiarity with PyTorch/TensorFlow Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, or open source)
  • Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or agent frameworks Knowledge of ASR/TTS systems (Whisper, Rasa, Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, etc.)
  • Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus) for RAG pipelines
  • Exposure to cloud AI/ML services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Exposure to multimodal AI (text, speech, vision)
