Role Description

We are seeking an Assistant Warehouse Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru. The Assistant Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including managing inventory, ensuring appropriate stock control, and coordinating operational activities. Additional responsibilities include maintaining safety standards, assisting with equipment operations, supervising warehouse staff, and ensuring efficient handling and storage processes to support overall business efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Stock Control and Inventory Control to ensure accurate tracking, organization, and management of goods.
  • Experience in Operations Management and planning to optimize warehouse logistics and drive efficiency.
  • Knowledge or certification in Forklift Operation as a part of warehouse logistics and material handling tasks.
  • Strong understanding of Inventory Management to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Ability to supervise and support team members to foster a productive warehouse environment.
  • Previous experience in a similar role and knowledge of safety protocols in warehouse operations are advantageous.
