Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and data-driven Business Analyst - SEO to join our digital marketing team. In this role, you will analyze website performance, develop data-backed SEO strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize online visibility and drive organic traffic. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of SEO, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

  1. SEO Data Analysis:

    • Analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
    • Monitor and report on key SEO metrics, including traffic, rankings, CTR, and conversions.

  2. Strategic SEO Planning:

    • Collaborate with the SEO team to develop and implement data-driven optimization strategies.
    • Identify and prioritize SEO opportunities based on keyword research, competitive analysis, and industry trends.

  3. Technical SEO Audits:

    • Conduct technical audits to identify issues affecting website performance (e.g., crawl errors, site speed, mobile usability).
    • Work with developers to resolve technical SEO issues and ensure website optimization.

  4. Competitor Analysis:

    • Analyze competitor websites and content to identify gaps and opportunities.
    • Provide insights on how to improve search rankings and outperform competitors.

  5. Content Optimization:

    • Collaborate with content teams to ensure content is SEO-optimized and aligned with target keywords.
    • Analyze the performance of content marketing efforts and suggest improvements.

  6. Reporting and Insights:

    • Create detailed reports on SEO performance, trends, and ROI.
    • Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders to drive strategic decisions.

Qualifications

  • Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.

  • Experience:

    • 2-5 years of experience in SEO analysis, digital marketing, or related fields.
    • Hands-on experience with SEO tools like Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog.

  • Skills:

    • Proficiency in data analysis tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, or Tableau.
    • Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and ranking factors.
    • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic website structure (preferred).
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
