Job Description: Accounts and Finance Manager

We are seeking an accomplished Accounts Manager with strong expertise in financial management and leadership skills to oversee the accounting function. The ideal candidate will manage a team of 20 members, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including cash expenses, petty cash, bank reconciliation (BRS), accounts receivables & payables, debtors/creditors reconciliation, and sales/purchase management.
  • Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS payments, and return filings.
  • Coordinate with auditors for balance sheet finalization and audit requirements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including invoices, vouchers, and journal entries.
  • Lead, guide, and motivate the accounts team, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to support business growth.
  • Provide strategic insights through financial analysis and reporting to senior management.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, internal controls, and cost savings.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, compliance, and audit finalization.
  • Proficiency in Tally/ERP systems, MS Excel, and financial reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability in leadership, team handling (10 members), and process management.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
