Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance & Accounts Manager, located in Chennai. The Finance & Accounts Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial reports, budgeting, and forecasting. The role also involves ensuring compliance with financial regulations, analyzing financial performance, and implementing internal controls to enhance financial accuracy and operational efficiency.

Experience:
08 to 15 Years

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliation
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in accounting software and financial analysis tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Experience in the real estate or construction industry is beneficial
