Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Semi-Qualified CA at Dwivedi Gupta & Co in Varanasi. The persion will have diverse work responsibilities including but not limited to Auditing,Taxation,Finance . The role will involve working closely with clients and providing financial advice and support.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional who has completed CA Articleship with 2+ years of progressive work experience in accounting, taxation, finance and audit . This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong technical knowledge and practical expertise to contribute to our growing organization.

This role is open only for Semi qualified Ca who are Ca drop outs and not going to reappear exams .

Key Responsibilities

-Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, and management reports

-Handle GST, TDS, and income tax compliance and return filings

-Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance

-Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards

-Support month-end and year-end closing activities

-Coordinate with statutory auditors and tax consultants

-Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

-Provide support during tax assessments and regulatory audits

Required Qualifications

-CA Articleship completed (CA Intermediate/IPCC cleared preferred)

-Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in finance and accounting

-Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, and direct taxation

-Proficiency in Tally ERP, Excel, and accounting software

-Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

-Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Skills

-Experience with Tally.)

-Exposure to financial reporting and MIS preparation

-Good communication and interpersonal skills

-Analytical skills and having keen interest in learning and adapting to work load when job demands.
