Finance Instructor OpportunityWe are seeking a qualified Finance Instructor to deliver engaging lectures and practical sessions on finance-related subjects. The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for students.The role involves developing and updating course materials, lesson plans, and assessments aligned with the curriculum. Additionally, the instructor will evaluate student performance through assignments, quizzes, exams, and projects, and provide academic guidance and mentorship to students.Lecturing and Course Development: Deliver high-quality lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions on finance-related subjects such as Financial Management, Investment Analysis, Corporate Finance, Accounting, and Financial Markets.Course Materials and Assessments: Develop and update course materials, lesson plans, and assessments aligned with the curriculum.Evaluation and Feedback: Evaluate student performance through assignments, quizzes, exams, and projects, and provide constructive feedback.Student Guidance and Mentorship: Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students, helping them to understand and apply financial principles in real-world contexts.Required Skills and Qualifications:Education: Master's degree (MBA / MCom / MA in Economics/Finance) or higher in Finance or related field.Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience.Professional Certifications: Professional certifications such as CFA, CA, CMA, or FRM are highly desirable.Industry Experience: Industry experience in banking, investment, or corporate finance is an added advantage.Preferred Skills:Financial Concepts: Strong grasp of finance concepts and analytical tools.Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools is an added advantage.
