The firm has its office and chambers in Delhi. The clientele involves multinational corporations, banking and financial institutions, business houses, public sector undertakings and individuals.
Role Description
The candidate is expected to solely handle cases with the assistance of the partners. The role involves a comprehensive study of the case and relevant laws, drafting of pleadings and arguments before the court or tribunal. The candidate must possess knowledge of the following laws:
The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016
The Recovery of Debts and Bankruptcy Act, 1993
The Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002
The Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
The firm is looking for someone interested in a long-term professional association with the firm.
Eligibility
The candidate must be an advocate registered with the Bar Council.
