TIG WELDER

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• REPORTING TO Production Manager
• AGE : 25 – 45 YEARS
• FLUENT IN MALAYALAM / ENGLISH
• Experience - 3+ years as Tig Welder
• Job location – Angamaly, Kerala

TIG WELDER Duties and Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and speciTications.
• Calculate and measure the dimensions of parts to be welded.
• Inspect structures or materials to be welded.
• Weld materials according to blueprint speciTications.
• Monitor the welding process and adjust heat as necessary.
• Maintain equipment and machinery.
• Drawing review and compliance for Tinal dimensions, weld note callouts, base material and

Tiller material selection.

• Tack welding, fabrication of shop aids and Tixtures to assist fabrication and welding.
• Weld inspection for weld size, face and root reinforcement, cracks, inclusions and porosity.
• Lean Manufacturing, general housekeeping, work in a teaming environment, 5S.
• Daily compliance to customer drawings and speciTications to maintain aerospace Quality

Standards.

• Complies with internal quality system and regulatory requirements
• Maintains qualiTication for welding certiTications.
• Cleans work area, tools, and equipment at end of shift.
• Follows all business policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Need to go to sites if necessary TIG WELDER Quali?ications

• ITI or equivalent qualiTication required
• A minimum of 3 years of related experience Machinist

Language Skills:

Ability to read and interpret documents related to the work assigned

Salary - Will be between 25,000 to ,30000 per month, depending upon candidates experience and skillset
