Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager / Product Owner who will bridge strategy with execution by shaping product vision, defining requirements, and driving delivery of customer-focused solutions. This role demands a strong balance of strategic thinking, technical acumen, and stakeholder management to ensure our products deliver measurable business value and remarkable user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals, market needs, and customer value.
• Define, refine, and articulate product vision, goals, and user stories across teams and stakeholders.
• Apply requirement elicitation frameworks (MoSCoW, Business Value Scoring) and document deliverables including BRDs, FRDs, and Change Requests.
• Work closely with engineers to translate requirements into actionable development tasks and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, resolve issues, and maintain alignment on product strategy and roadmap.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Act as primary liaison between stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring transparent communication and accountability.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory frameworks, and emerging technologies to guide product decisions.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to design intuitive, scalable, and impactful user experiences.
• Promote effective communication across both technical and non-technical audiences, fostering strong cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements:

• 3-7 ONLY years of experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or similar role, preferably within data analytics, business intelligence, or related domains.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) with proven success in fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in backlog management, user story creation, and feature prioritization.
• Practical experience with database management systems (Relational/NoSQL) for analysis and problem-solving.
• Experience in system integration, including data mapping, transformation, and data quality processes.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with experience influencing at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills driven by data-informed decision-making.
• Proficiency with product and project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or similar).
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.

Nice-to-Have:

• Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) in Business, Technology, or related disciplines.
• Prior experience in digital health, health-tech platforms, or highly regulated industries.
• Familiarity with design thinking methodologies and customer journey mapping.
• Exposure to cloud-based platforms, APIs, and modern integration ecosystems.
• Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), PMP, or SAFe PO/PM.
