Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Delivery Executive based in Hyderabad. The Delivery Executive will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of orders to customers, maintaining communication with the customers to provide delivery updates, handling products with care to avoid damage, and collecting payments as needed. Additionally, the Delivery Executive will handle any customer inquiries or issues that may arise during the delivery process.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good knowledge of the local geography and delivery routes in Hyderabad
