To ensure availability of adequate data and relevant parameters related to capex proposals by stakeholders.
Analyze conceptual / schematic drawing and other engineering documents.

Plan, monitor and control to identify consolidated needs for the project and provide budget estimates for the proposed capex.

Guide & Ensure the development of the conceptual layout, GA and plot plan by Mechanical, Piping, E & I departments and review / analyze the same for the proposed project in totality.

Ensure implementation of schedule and quality of the proposed work and recommend to PBU heads for further actions.

Monitor the Risk Mitigation Plan for all upcoming projects based on techno-commercial feasibility reports.

Accountability for strategic planning and ensure implementation of Civil Design & Engineering to achieve the desired Goals within specified budget and time frame considering structural stability, safety, Health and Environment Control measures and adhering to statutory and relevant norms / standards as applicable.

Ensure work priorities and plan for schedule of drawings and other engineering documents.

Plan, monitor and control to assign work as per resource availability.

Guide & ensure timely development of GA and Detailed drawings, BOM as per project need. Review and endorse it for further approval.
