We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Telesales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales through inbound and outbound calls, nurturing customer relationships, and meeting monthly sales targets. As a telesales representative, you will play a key role in driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote our products/services.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Maintain and manage customer databases with accurate contact information and interaction history.
- Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities, working towards meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Deliver presentations, demonstrations, and product information to customers via phone.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to existing customers.
- Follow up on leads and manage customer objections professionally and efficiently.
- Keep customers informed of product changes, promotions, and offers.
- Update CRM systems with accurate details of customer interactions and sales progress.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to improve sales processes and strategies.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships.
