Telesales Executive

Telesales Executive is responsible for generating sales leads, building customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through outbound and inbound calls.
Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products or services and initiate sales processes
- Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues or concerns
- Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets and goals
- Maintaining accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions
- Providing feedback to the sales team on customer needs and market conditions
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to convert leads into sales
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and meet targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong problem-solving skills to handle customer complaints and objections
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related fields is preferred
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service techniques
