Eastman Industries Limited is seeking a proactive and experienced Procurement Executive specializing in Tractor Parts for our Ludhiana location. This mid-level, full-time role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in procurement and supplier management, with relevant work experience ranging from 4 to 6 years. Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in the procurement field, particularly within the tractor parts or automotive industry.

  • Experience in supplier management to ensure supplier reliability, quality, and performance against agreed-upon criteria.
  • Proficient in purchase order processing, ensuring timely and accurate documentation and follow-up on orders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapt to changing procurement environments, and implement strategic procurement practices.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the procurement process for tractor parts, ensuring optimal quality, costs, and timely delivery from suppliers.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to align with company goals and ensure efficient sourcing of tractor components.
  • Identify potential suppliers, evaluate proposals, negotiate contracts, and establish terms and conditions favorable to the company.
  • Maintain and nurture supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with contract terms and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Monitor industry trends and market conditions to inform purchasing decisions and strategic sourcing activities.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to understand demand requirements and align procurement plans accordingly.
  • Generate and handle purchase orders, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely follow-up on shipment schedules.
