About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead the creation and management of design projects across mainline, digital, and offline platforms. From concept to delivery, you'll guide the visual language of campaigns, mentor junior designers, and uphold ADbhoot's standards of design excellence.

This role demands skill, leadership, and above all, a passion for aesthetics and modern design thinking. As part of ADbhoot's forward-looking culture, you will be expected to not just embrace but actively explore and integrate AI tools into your creative process, using them to expand possibilities, spark innovation, and deliver designs that are both original and future-ready.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and design visuals, illustrations, and infographics for campaigns across media
  • Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines, consistency, and quality benchmarks are met
  • Mentor and review the work of junior designers, ensuring high aesthetic standards
  • Develop fresh design approaches aligned with strategy and campaign objectives
  • Maintain visual consistency and brand identity across deliverables
  • Collaborate closely with creative directors, strategists, and marketing teams
  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices; drive innovation through AI and modern design methodologies

Key Skills

  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Figma/CorelDRAW; motion graphics expertise is a plus
  • AI-driven design skills are a must; hands-on with tools like Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, or similar
  • Strong sense of aesthetics, typography, color theory, and layout design
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor junior designers
  • Passion for modern design, experimentation, and pushing creative boundaries
  • Excellent attention to detail, quality, and craftsmanship
  • Ability to balance multiple projects with effective time management
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
