We are looking for a
Senior Graphic Designer
who can bring creativity, brand understanding, and design expertise to our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Conceptualize and design
brand identities, marketing collaterals, social media creatives, and presentations
aligned with The Monarch Enterprises' brand tone.

·       Create
visual content for exhibitions, client proposals, signage, retail graphics, and in-store communication.

·       Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and marketing teams to
integrate graphics seamlessly into showroom design projects.

·       Lead and mentor junior designers, ensuring high-quality outputs across all creative projects.

·       Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while
bringing innovation and fresh perspectives
to every project.

·       Work on
pitch decks, case studies, brochures, and promotional campaigns
for both online and offline platforms.

·       Stay updated with
design trends, retail branding innovations, and digital marketing tools
to keep our visuals cutting-edge.

Qualifications & Skills:

·       Bachelor's/Master's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.

·       
5+ years of professional experience
in graphic design, preferably in retail, architecture, or luxury/lifestyle industries.

·       Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in
branding, print design, digital creatives, and spatial graphics.

·       Proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro), CorelDRAW, and Figma/Canva.

·       Experience with
3D visualization software (bonus but not mandatory).

·       Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and meet deadlines.

·       Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing presentation skills.
