Role & responsibilities

Plumbing Engineer-This role will be responsible for executing and supervising all plumbing and PHE works at site in line with drawings, specifications, and HOH quality and safety standards. It includes coordinating with teams for timely completion, testing, and commissioning of water supply, drainage, and pump room systems. Key Responsibilities:

1.Oversee site plumbing and PHE works as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.

2.Work with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution and goal delivery.

3.Ensure compliance with HOH quality standards, technical specifications, and safety protocols.

4.Maintain accurate JMRs, trackers, checklists, and other plumbing-related records.

1. Supervise and verify testing, commissioning, and completion of drainage, water supply, and pump room systems.

Key Skills Required:

1.Hands on knowledge of plumbing systems including Flexi Pipe, UPVC, CPVC, PVC, CI, GI, and Geberit systems.

2.Proficiency in shaft down-take drainage systems, water supply branching, and pump room connections.

3.Ability to read, interpret, and execute plumbing and PHE drawings accurately.

4.Experience in testing, commissioning, and quality inspection of plumbing installations.

5.Competence in site documentation JMR verification, tracker sheet maintenance, and checklist updates.

Desired Work Experience and Qualification:

1.Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.

2.3-6 years of relevant experience in plumbing and PHE execution within residential or commercial real estate projects.

3.Strong background in high-rise or large-scale construction projects with hands-on site coordination.

4.Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and plumbing-related testing and commissioning procedures.

AM Projects:

This role will be responsible for end-to-end execution of project activities, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, timelines, and cost parameters. Proactive approach to monitor site progress, enforce quality and safety standards, and support strategic decision-making to achieve organizational goals. Key Responsibilities:

1.Oversee site execution as per approved specifications and safety protocols to maintain zero-accident standards.

2.Track schedules, identify bottlenecks, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.

3.Supervise RCC, finishing, and external works as per design and project requirements with high workmanship standards.

4.Liaise with teams for timely query resolution, material availability, and accurate billing.

.Key Skills Required:

1.Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing works, plumbing, and external development execution practices.

2.Proficiency in construction drawings, BOQs, and quantity verification for accurate billing and measurement.

3.Familiarity with quality and safety standards (ISO, OHSAS) and their on-site implementation.

4.Working knowledge of MS Project, AutoCAD, and Excel for planning, tracking, and reporting.

5.Understanding of material specifications, testing procedures, and site coordination with vendors and consultants..

Desired Work Experience and Qualification:

1.Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech. in Civil Engineering.

2.5-8 years of hands-on experience in project execution within reputed real estate or construction firms.

3.Experience in large-scale residential, commercial, or township projects with strong understanding of RCC and finishing works.

4.Proven ability to manage quality, safety, planning, and coordination across multiple stakeholders.
