Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the MEP team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of projects.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for MEP execution, including resource allocation, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall project goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the planning and coordination of MEP activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and project requirements.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor the progress and quality of MEP installations.
  • Provide technical expertise and resolve complex MEP-related issues as they arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Participate in the selection and evaluation of MEP subcontractors and vendors, fostering strong partnerships to achieve project milestones.
  • Prepare and review detailed MEP drawings, specifications, and technical submittals to meet project specifications.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and sustainability initiatives to drive continuous improvement in MEP processes.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and promote a culture of safety within the MEP team and across project sites.
Qualifications
Experience

15-20 years of experience in the Real Estate and Construction industry, specifically in MEP execution and planning.

Education Qualification

B.E in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
