Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Supervisor located in Meghnagar. The Store Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the store, ensure inventory accuracy, manage supplies, and maintain records. They will also be responsible for coordinating with suppliers, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service. The Store Supervisor will supervise staff activities and ensure that store policies and procedures are followed meticulously.

  • Supervisory Skills and managing team operations
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to foster a positive work environment
  • Customer Service skills to ensure customer satisfaction and handle inquiries efficiently
  • Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in inventory management and record-keeping
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to on-site challenges
  • Prior experience in the construction or retail industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
