Business Analyst Job Description for a Construction Learning Platform

We are seeking a Business Analyst with a passion for content creation to join our team and contribute to the development of an innovative construction learning platform. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and creative content strategies, ensuring the platform delivers engaging, high-quality learning experiences tailored to the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements for content creation and platform features.
  • Analyze industry trends, user feedback, and competitor platforms to recommend improvements and innovative content strategies.
  • Work closely with content creators, instructional designers, and subject matter experts to ensure alignment with business goals and audience needs.
  • Develop and maintain workflows for content production, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Monitor platform performance metrics and user engagement to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Support the development of interactive learning modules, videos, and other multimedia content by providing data-driven insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the e-learning, construction, or content creation industries.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and e-learning platforms.
  • Knowledge of construction industry practices and terminology is a plus.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Tableau, or other data visualization software.
