Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, defining product requirements and ensuring products meets customer needs
  • Identify emerging trends, understand customer needs and collaborate with internal teams (Brand, sales) and external partners to develop and test new product concepts and prototypes
  • Conduct Consumer Research & provide actionable insights for Marketing & Product Development Teams
  • Conduct consumer trials to understand feedback on product & work accordingly
  • Help with product testing in-house and through labs & ensure quality of the products time to time through quality checks.
  • Create a report on industry trends & innovations

What we look for

  • Bachelor's degree/master's degree in science preferably material sciences
  • Experience of 0-1 years preferred
  • Passion to work in the wellness space
  • Experience with market research, consumer analysis.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
