About the Role

We are looking for a
Detail-oriented and Enthusiastic NPD Executive
to join our product development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nutraceuticals and life sciences, coupled with hands-on experience in developing functional food products and dietary supplements.

You will play a key role in conceptualizing, formulating, and launching innovative products while ensuring compliance with food safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Development & Innovation

  • Develop new functional food, dietary supplement, and nutraceutical products from concept to launch.
  • Conduct ingredient research and selection based on scientific insights, consumer trends, and market requirements.
  • Create product formulations while ensuring efficacy, safety, and stability.

2. Regulatory Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure all products comply with food safety regulations, including FSSAI guidelines.
  • Prepare and maintain scientific documentation, product dossiers, and technical sheets.
  • Support labelling, claims, and regulatory submissions.

3. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with R&D, marketing, quality assurance, and production teams to align product development with business goals.
  • Translate scientific insights and consumer trends into market-relevant products.

4. Quality & Safety Assurance

  • Monitor product quality and safety throughout development and production stages.
  • Recommend process improvements to maintain high standards of product integrity.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong academic background in
    Nutraceuticals, Food Science, or Life Sciences
    .
  • Hands-on experience in
    functional food product development, dietary supplements, and nutraceuticals
    .
  • Knowledge of
    food safety regulations, ingredient sourcing, and regulatory compliance (FSSAI)
    .
  • Strong
    scientific documentation and analytical skills
    .
  • Ability to work in a
    cross-functional team environment
    and manage multiple projects.
  • Innovative mindset with the ability to translate scientific insights into market-relevant products.
