The Impact you will have in this role: 

This position involves a combination of operational support and analytical functions. This requires performance of routine and complex functions and exception management processing as required.

Your Primary Responsibilities: 

- Perform daily reconciliation of regulator and participants reports reviewing the reports for accuracy and ensuring breaks are escalated in a timely manner
- Review daily exception management of business as usual functions including trade repository reconciliation and TRACE reporting.
- Participate in periodic cross-functional Data Reporting project team meetings to ensure project strategy and operational issues are reviewed and addressed
- Identify and produce monthly metrics packs for senior management identifying trends in processes and /or client behaviors.
- Develop project-specific communications including user guides, important notices, fact sheets, etc.
- Conduct and analyze reporting usage patterns to identify segments based on common participant and regulatory needs and engagement
- Generate and produce ad-hoc reporting for industry governance committees, trade associations, participants and third parties on an as needed basis
- Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately
- Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Talents Needed for Success:
- Experience with building reports and dashboards in PowerBI
- Experience with PowerBI dataflows and other data modelling a plus
- Have an analytical and problem-solving attitude and approach
- Experience with QlikView a plus
- Communication skills, both verbal and written
