We are looking for a creative, analytical, and motivated Account Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support clients, providing strategic guidance, insights, and optimization recommendations. You will help clients maximize the Intentwise platform, identify growth opportunities, and turn data into actionable strategies that deliver measurable results across Amazon and other retail media platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular audits and performance reviews to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Translate data into clear, actionable strategies, experiments, and recommendations.
  • Build strong client relationships by providing insights beyond campaign management.
  • Identify and evaluate growth opportunities, including new features, trends, and strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share insights, improve processes, and enhance the client experience.
  • Educate clients on new retail media capabilities and guide integration into their strategies.
  • Support the adoption of Intentwise products by helping clients fully leverage platform features.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in e-commerce media (Amazon, Walmart).
  • Hands-on expertise with Amazon Ads; knowledge of Seller Central and Vendor Central.
  • Advanced Excel skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Office 365).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; proven record of turning data into strategy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on reporting, insights, and client-facing deliverables.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Amazon Advertising Certifications preferred.
  • Experience with Walmart Connect, Instacart, or other retail media networks is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC), automation tools, or product detail page optimization is advantageous.
